A couple of weeks ago, I had the privilege of working with the Fort Worth Pregnancy Center! One of the women who works at the center goes to my church. She is always sharing stories of lives being changed and babies being saved, so I was curious to see the place that she loves so dearly. 

Upon arrival, I felt like I was entering a spa. I was very impressed when I walked into the reception area. There was soothing music was playing, calming paint colors and sleek decor. I was able to talk to most of the staff and they are all so passionate about the work that they do. There are several volunteers, counselors and nurses; all who work together to give young women abortion alternatives and educate them in the process of becoming a new mother. Also, several classes are provided where the women can earn “baby bucks” to go shopping in the Hope Closet where food, diapers, educational books, clothing and shoes that have been donated can be purchased.

I was blessed to meet three young mothers and hear their stories of how the Fort Worth Pregnancy Center has impacted their lives and the lives of their children. One thing that stood out to me was how happy their babies were and how thankful these mothers were for them. I had so much fun photographing these little bundles of joy.
