Last weekend was so busy. My husband, the team that is going to Kenya and I had our last training session (to discuss what to do, not do and what to pack for the trip in June). One of my favorite conversations that came up was, how when you are serving God, He likes to use us as individuals and our specific talents. 

I love being able to use my talent as a photographer to document the things that we see and share it with others. A couple ladies are very gifted in organizing games and crafts to do with children. Another guy went to school for video and broadcasting (he will be making videos). David is a leader and a detail person and has been able to use his talents to organize everything, make the schedules, the budget, book the flights etc:) It has been neat to see each person going on this trip say, “this is what I’m good at” and know that God is going to use them in such a fulfilling way!

God’s plan encompasses your personality, your talents, and your future. Ask God to help you be a witness, open to new assignments, and eager to grow in faith.
